1. All calls with our psychics are private and confidential and are not recorded for any reason, at any time.

2. All personal information is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party at any time.

3. PTV psychic advisors do not have access to any person information that you give to PTV Australia or leave on our website during sign up.

4. Our code of ethics in the Australian spiritual alliance organisation bounds all of our psychic spiritual advisors to a code of conduct which includes, keeping all conversations and content of all calls private and confidential, between only a psychic and customer/client.

5. All personal information including phone numbers, dates of birth and surnames are not required to be given during any reading and recommended to be kept private and confidential. If a psychic advisor does ask for your date of birth during a reading, it is at your voluntary discretion if you are willing to provide it.
